Restore Windows TaskBar

Hi all,

I need to restore the TaskBar/TrayBar in Windows XP (Multilanguage).

I removed via System Registry (regedit.exe), but I don't know how to
restore it!!

I followed this article:

and I'd like to reverse it!

Can you help me please?
I must return the PC in the afternoon!
