On Wednesday I installed on my WinXP computer the latest Patch Tuesday updates from Microsoft. Everything installed correctly, as far a I can tell. However, the yellow shield has come back and Microsoft Update shows one update to be installed: Security Update for Windows XP (KB 2753842).

Including office in my update now

I have Win 7 U x64 and when i select updates it only updates windows for now, but on my other machine it updates windows and office 2010, does anyone know what settings i need to change so my NON office 2010 machine can get it updates the same time as windows.

Currently we are stuck in searching the internet for an solution.
Recently we got 2 new systems and we reinstalled an old computer so it was able to be used again. Since our process has the fact they whole windows update has to be done, we came across this problem.
Both 3 systems have the issue while trying to receive Security updates for Windows 7 we aren't able to install them.... more »

Windows update keeps installing the same update over and over.It always says the update was successfully installed yet within 2 minutes windows update wants to install the same update again.
