Can someone help me?
I´m admnistrator of my machine, and even if i log as domain adminsitrator it
still doesn´t work.

Hi
Start/Run --> SecPol.msc
Then go to
"Local Policies > User Rights Assignment"
Verify that the "Administrators" group is a member of the following
policies:
Back up files and directories
Debug programs
Manage auditing and security log
Restore files and directories
Take ownership of files or other objects
