I just finished intalling a FRESH version of Windows Vista. Now I went to
windows update and it found 62 updates. I have told it to download and update
and it is stuck on 0%. What do I do?

Define a "FRESH version of Windows Vista."

Did you install Vista SP1? If so, were you running Vista SP1 previously?
Did you install the same version of Vista (e.g., Vista Home Premium)?
