Hi , I'm working on Windows 2000 (with a IBM Thinkpad A21M) for about 10day
the automatic update can't install the security update KB899589 . What shall
I do ?

0x8007010B ERROR_DIRECTORY
The directory name is invalid.

Do other updates install correctly or is the issue only related to this
one update ?
