I tried using the installation disk and repair the startup files which
didn't work.
At the bottom of the message it says:
File: \Boot\BCD
Status: OxcOOOOO34
Info: The Windows Boot Configuration Data file is missing required
information.
Any help is greatly appreciated!!!!

Is Automatic Updates enabled? Is Vista SP1 offered via Automatic Updates or
when you run Windows Update manually?
