have been unable to update
KB96137 and KB971633 since Tuesday July 14, did what microsoft tech asked me
to do but this did not help, disabled the firewall and all and and attempt
but another error code still appears can someone else hel[?

See if this thread helps. Knowing what Operating System you're running and SP
would help though:

0x80070005 - Permissions issue. You can reset registry and file ACLs to
their Default state by following the directions here:
