Hi, I can't seem to get to the tools icon, it is not there. I also can't
download Internet Explorer-I am prevented from doing so
Can anyone help?

Why not try an Internet Explorer Newsgroup -
http://social.answers.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/categories
Please state your operating system etc as all roads lead to the one
