I have tried downloading from your links but and getting a security alert
saying
your current security settings do not allow this file to be downloaded.
What do i do to get the security alert to stay off for downloading.

Why aren't you installing KB929729 via Automatic Updates?

Windows version, edition and service pack level, and perhaps what other
antivirus or antimalware software you may have installed. Security suite,
