Was able to download all of the other previous failed downloads, but this
one. Do not receive any kind of error message, other than it tells me
download failed to install. Not sure how to get this one to install
successfully. Thanks for any and all comments.

I am having the same problem. Every attempt to install fails with an
error 646. I have tried installing directly from windows update and
by shutting down and allowing the installation to go on its own. I
can't reject the download(don't really want it), can't hide it, and
can't get it to work so I can uninstall it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
