Residual 0x800A0046 Probs

Hi all,
We have a 2003 domain with about 700 clients. Since the XP SP2
installation, XP SP2 clients recieve the 0x800A0046 error on the
Windows Update web site. We can run the following command to fix the
problem:
sc sdset wuauserv
D:(A;;CCLCSWRPWPDTLOCRRC;;;SY)(A;;CCDCLCSWRPWPDTLOCRSDRCWDWO;;;BA)(A;;CC
LCSWLOCRRC;;;AU)(A;;CCLCSWRPWPDTLOCRRC;;;PU)
...but on reboot, the error comes back. Why is this problem coming
back?
