Where is the "I don't want it" checkbox?

Now that Office Update is gone (although you can still sort of get to
it), I switched from Windows Update to Microsoft Update. MU offered 5
items as "High Priority" updates, but there is no place to select which
of those I want and which I don't.

In particular, because I don't use Outlook, there is no reason to
download the update for its Junk Mail Filter.

Right-click on the item you don't want then choose to hide it.
AFAIK, you have to do that for each individual program; there's
no way to select a group for hiding.

Perhaps it's because I clicked the "Express" update button instead of
"Custom" but I could swear that Windows Update had the "don't install
this one" box even if you used Express.

Express downloads everything. Custom allows you to choose and block.
