The system did an automatic installation of updates and after the system
rebooted I kept getting an error in Word (office 2007). The right hand
scroll bar would not work, and you could not clck anywhere within the
document or highlight text with the mouse. You could still navigate using
the up and down arrows.

I noticed that the intallation report indicates that the update was not
successful, however, if I look at the list of updates installed, there is an
indication of 'sucessful' after each one. I tried running the repair program
with office, and even uninstalled/reinstalled the program, but the error
persists.

I have this same problem. The mouse won't work in Word after installing
Office 2007 Service Pack 2. I have Vista, with the most recent SP, automatic
updates.

Please give us an update that fixes this, it is hurting my business.
