Windows and microsoft update

Am having problems with PC and truing to work in safe mode to resolce, but
can't download updates - get this error [Error number: 0x8007043C]
The website has encountered a problem and cannot display the page you are
trying to view. The options provided below might help you solve the problem.

Can'tt find this error code anywhere = can anyone help?

Means: ERROR_NOT_SAFEBOOT_SERVICE.
Translation: You need a service which is not available in safe mode.

regsvr32 wuaueng.dll
regsvr32 wuaueng1.dll
regsvr32 wucltui.dll
