Need help with installing KB978251

I am running vista x86 and this update constantly fails. The only other
question about this has no answer. I have tried all the recommended methods
in the help file. Tried also on exit - failed. Code 800B0100 is message.
Tried System Update Readiness Tool and run it it keeps trying to load another
update: hotfix for windows kb947821. What is going on?
