I installed the SCE 2007 in the headquarters,and another SCE 2007 in the
branch office,the branch is using the upstream server from the HQ,the update
is ok,but i noticed the wan link is filled up with packets every 10 ms of
length 0,the bandwith is saturated,the packets are between downstream server
and the upstream server,is there any way to remove these packets and what is
the usefulness of these
