I am having the same problem, did you find a solution. if so can you help me?

Hi,
Did this fix your problem or did you find a fix?
I had similar problems with Visat and Office Pro 2003.

Which edition of Windows and what Service Pack level is it at ?

What toolbars are installed ?

The issue may be related to a toolbar blocking popups or other security
related software that blocks popups.

What is the installed antivirus/security suite/anti-malware software ?
