Most of the instructions for removing Windows NT I've
found online cannot be performed because Windows NT is
not working. However, I can make a floppy book for
Windows 98 on another computer.
There is software on the computer I would like to save.
I cannot tell what drive or partition it is on because
Windows NT isn't operating. Any suggestions?

(The ftp server has been flakey the last few weeks. You may need to start in
the root and drill down to it)
It's not possible to save installed programs and or downgrade to Win98.
You'll need to reinstall.
