To add to Patty's suggestion, Service Pack 3 for
NT has updated drivers

SB
cards for in the first place. I have a AWE32 and the wavetable
driver is
pure heaven compared to the AdLib ( FM Synthesis ) sound of prior NT
offerings.

I made the mistake of installing the drivers on the SP3 over the ones previously
installed (from Creative Labs). Now I am unable to reinstall the
previous drivers because the PNP manager seems to look only for the drivers
on the SP3 install folder. This is a problem because I cannot use
the latest Control Panel to load soundfont 2 banks into memory. Does
anyone have a solution to this problem?
