Subject: how to print the user database
Sorry if this is an old topic, but I don't seem to find an answer in the
documentation or the knowledge base.
In fact my question is very simple: is there any way to print the users and
groups in a NT domain?

Thanks in advance

There is a utility from Somar Software called DumpACL.  This is now free and
will list and print both users and groups.

Alicia

There is a utility in the resource kit called ADDUSERS that will do a dump
for you.
I generally dump to a text file and then import it into Excel and massage it
from there.

Good Luck

"NET USER /DOMAIN > textfile" and then print the textfile
"NET GROUP /DOMAIN > textfile" for global groups
"NET LOCALGROUP /DOMAIN > textfile" for localgroups

Hi,

I use a freeware from http://www.adkins-resource.com called Exporter. With that
you can export everything to a textfile. They also provide templates for
importing it into an Access database. It's very useful!
