Windows Media Player 9 is a base part of Windows 2003. So: you don't.

If you feel the need to mangle up your tested Windows 2003 Server box,
designed and tested for high performance and security, via munging off WMP9,
there's various bad ways to do that that you can find out there in the wild.

But really - there's just not any good possible reason to mangle the system
this way. If you need to lock down the player because people will be
running on the server, use the Group Policy Editor.

I would personally hugely recommend against this. But it's your box to
munge. :\
