Remote Debug

Hello,
I'm working on Windows CE 5.0 and Freescale BSP iMX31.
I have a problem with the remote debugging with VS2005.
When I connect the Target and the Host I have a functional ActiveSync
connection.
When I start the remote debugging, providing is also running fine. But then
I become a message
'Debugging cannot start'.
When I connect my host with another WinCE-Device (CIRRUS EP9315 WinCE5.0)
the remote debugging is running without problems.
And now the mysterious:
When I reconnect the Freescale-Board in the same session, the remote
debugging is now also running without problems.

nothing.
What I have forget in the PB to work with remote debugging at the first time
VS starts?
