I would like to knom if the ROM_SIGNATURE (0xCECE) is copied to RAM along
with the TOC and NK.bin? I would like to used it to check the RAM integrity
after a softreset in the bootloader to know if I can use the RAM image or
reload the image from FLASH.

Thank you,

Keaven

Yes, checking this posts about how Windows CE starts
(http://blogs.msdn.com/ce_base/archive/2007/11/26/How-does-Windows-Embedded-CE-6.0-start_3F00_.aspx)
can give you additional info about
locating the relevant data.
