Borland C++ OWL to WinCE.embedded STL

hi,

i'm looking for the borland c++ owl that's usable in wince.embedded.
does anyone know if there is owl translation that can be used on wince.

just to make the need understandable, i'll try to explane the situation:
there is a software written on borland c++ and some costumers
would like to use this software on wince, so i was ment to translate the
borland owl to wince stl, that the software can be compiled on wince as
well.
(in my opinion this its to much work to translate the library than to
translate the
program, but i'm forced to do this in any way)

please if some know where i can get it or if someone know where to buy it,
the price doesn't matter!
