Hello All,

I'm facing a strange problem with the hour glass in my application
written in EVC 4.2. I used LoadCursor to load the wait cursor in my
application and used SetCursor to show the hour glass. What is happening now
is when i use the mouse to process, the cursor is changing into hour glass as
the behaviour expected on the wait but when i use the touchscreen then the
two hour galsses are coming, one is in the middle and one is for cursor(arrow
is changing to hour glass cursor). The application is a dialog based
application.
I didnt get why the two hour glasses are coming when i tap the stylus on
the touch screen but this is not the case when i use the mouse instead of
stylus.

I don't have a real answer. But I don't see any other replies, so I'll
try. I might have a better chance if I know what device you are using
that supports a mouse, let alone mouse _and_ stylus? My best guess for
now is a driver problem.

Sorry, but this is way beyond me. I _think_ you are using a custom
version of Windows CE, and thus Platform Builder. So I think you would
have a better chance if you ask in a different newsgroup. I just used
google (http://groups.google.com/advanced_group_search) to look up
platform builder
and got several hits. I didn't even look at content. I just noted that
the following newsgroups look likely:
microsoft.public.windowsce.platbuilder
microsoft.public.windowsce.embedded

The platbuilder group is the most-commonly-used of those.
