What am I using? It is IE8 as stated in my post.
I am getting this message whenever I click on ANY link. And even if I
respond by clicking on "YES" it comes back again and again and never
goes away.
So switch to using Firefox. Then add the free add-ons called 'Adblock Plus'
and 'NoScript'. Works great.
