Syncing yahoo mail with Windows mail

I am trying to sync my yahoo email with window's mail and I was asked my
email server information. I believe I gave the right incoming & outgoing
POP3 information, but then I get this identification verfication for my yahoo
account and it does not let me go any further. The same page just keeps
popping back up. And I tried sending my son some pictures but they were
rejected. Please advise.

Not all Yahoo accounts will work with Windows Mail.
For instance, USA free Yahoo isn't POPable.
Which Yahoo account do you have?
