All of a sudden, I don't get a sound when I receive email. I checked to make
sure the sound was still set and is on. And it is. Can anyone help me?
Thank you.

When you checked that the sound was still on, was that via the System
Sounds in the Control Panel? Do all other sounds work? Is this a POP3
account?

I checked it thru Window Mail tools, and I checked it thru Control Panel.
All the other sounds work. Yes it is POP3.

It doesn't work every time/day I sign on. But, yes, I have tried rebooting,
also.
