Call your ISP and ask them.

Which email account do you want to set up, the one from your ISP
or your MSN.com account? Do you know the username and password
for your MSN account?

It's the same Username and Password you use to access your email account at
the webmail page (e.g., http://mail.live.com).

Use the Configuration Settings on this page:
http://mailcall.spaces.live.com/Blog/cns!CC9301187A51FE33!49799.entry

NB: Set Outgoing server (SMTP) to Port 587, not Port 25!

Windows Mail's new account wizard is hard-coded to reject na...@hotmail.com
and na...@msn.com addresses. When you enter your email address during setup,
use a dummy one (e.g., na...@notmail.com). After you've finished, go back
and change the email address to the correct one.
