Where in the world did you get a Port setting of "3535"?
What did your ISP tell was the correct Port #?

Their smtp number is either 80 or 3535.
You could find that out from google.

Although port 3535 is allowed by your provider, I recommend you try changing
that to port 80. Some firewalls may not like port 3535.

From Google, I only got the port 80, no mention of 3535.
But could not access the secureserver.net web site.
