Every account has a language bar in the right bottom corner of his
screen.
How do I hide this in one time for all the users?

However, removing the registry key listed below will eliminate the toolbar
for all users. I recommend exporting the key first in case you want to
restore the toolbar at a later date.
. In order to remove the language toolbar from the user environment, delete

Please verify that the AUI Toolbar is what you're referring to, of is
someone just enabled a different language in the Regional and Language
Options Control Panel Applet.
