You have most likely installed a printer driver
that is not Terminal Services compatible. This
causes almost all spooler crashes in a TS
environment.

For maximum stability of your TS, it is best to
only use drivers that were included on the
Windows 2003 CD, or WHQL certified, or
certified by the printer manufacturer to work
under TS.

To remedy the situation, remove any incompatible
printer drivers from your TS, and map those printers
to drivers included on the 2003 CD. Instructions
for how to do the mapping are in the article below:

Windows 2000 Terminal Services server logs events 1111, 1105, and 1106

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/239088

Another alternative is to purchase a third-party
universal printer driver solution.

Two that I recommend:

www.provisionnetworks.com (Print-IT, $995/server, includes 1yr upgrades/support)
www.tricerat.com (Simplify Printing, $1499/server + $299 1yr support)
