I have 5 servers running on Windows 2008 and only one core server. I
have installed WSUS on Windows 2008 File Server which also a DHCP.
When I click on Unassigned Computer icon, there is no computer in the
list. How can I resolve this issue or can someone point me to any link
for this what configuration I need to look at?
Thanks in advance.

Raymond
You'll find most of the GPOs on: "Computer Configuration" -> "Administrative
Templates" -> "Windows Components" -> "Windows Update". The most important
one is "Specify Intranet Microsoft Update service location", that's where
you must insert your WSUS like this: http://wsus-server/ (https if applies)
Check this few posts about WSUS deployment and configurations:

Do not download all languages for all products it uses vast amounts of space.
Most products only become available to select after the first sync with MS.
