I am running WSUS 3 on W2k3 R2. WSUS was working fine - all the download and
installed the updates. The only problem is the compuetr groups are not
populated. I am on Server side Targeting. But when the WSUS got the patches I
am experience some problems. It stopped synchronising with Micorosoft with
Event error 10032 and 10022. I also is unable to administer the WSUS
dashboard as it keep telling me "You do not have sufficient permission to
modify these settings" wherever I clicked. I am log inas Administrator.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

That is an IIS error on your dashboard, Jeremy. Check your IIS permissions.
Specifically look at API

I remember...remove "allow annonymous access" from API remoting
Allow windows integrated authentication is what works for me there.
