Server doesnt download update from WSUS 3.0 SP1

I have installed WSUS 3.0 on win 2003 server enterprise without problems,
then i have performed a manual sinchronization with success.
After that i have configured the same server to recive update from wsus like
this:
1)created gpo "WSUS" with all configuration needed and linked it with
domain controllers OU
2)i ran gpupdate /force to force gpo refresh and wuauclt.exe /detectnow too
3)after a while my server was showed in WSUS console
4)I have approved all updates for "all computers" and "unassigned computers"

But at the end of these steps update doesnt work.

that my server needs 88 updates.

information you are reporting as being observed in the WSUS console.
However, the above log segment is incomplete -- it's missing the second
segment of the detection which should include a reinitialization of the
targeting cookie and a synchronization of the "extended udpate info".

in Step #1.

2. The full set of log entries is here, this time, and there are no errors
present. Zero updates were discovered. There are only two reasons this can
happen:

a. There are no updates approved that are needed -- you've already stated
the console is reporting updates as Needed.

b. The FILES for those updates have not yet been downloaded, which
prevents the WUAgent from downloading/installing the needed updates.

Since we already know your BITS queue is clogged up trying to download
previous AU-based files; it's quite likely that the =WSUS= updates are
clogged up behind those other pending downloads.

Please check the main page of the WSUS Admin Console and determine whether
the WSUS Server has pending downloads for the server-side of the
environment.

If so, you'll need to clean out those old pending AU downloads.... there's
an easy but dirty way to do this, and there's a clean but complicated way to
do this. I prefer the easy but dirty way in this scenario:

1. Obtain the BITSADMIN v2 utility and run the command BITSADMIN /RESET
/ALLUSERS to completely clear the BITS queue of all pending downloads.

2. Then run the command 'wsusutil reset' to re-queue the needed WSUS content
downloads.
