When aproving updates, there's a message:
"There are WSUS updates that are not approved. You should approve the WSUS
updates before approving this update".
What exactly it means? Because we don't approve any updates for servers
through WSUS.
We run Windows Update on each server manually ant it shows 0 updates for all
classifications in WSUS Servers.
Can I approve the updates anyway?
Thankyou in advance.

It means that there are certain updates required by the client systems that
ensure they're capable of fully functioning in a WSUS environment. The most
recent of these was an update to the Package Installer a couple of years
ago; the original was the update to WinHTTP/BITS for XP systems.

Yet, your servers do need these updates; however, from a practical
perspective they're probably already installed.
> Can I approve the updates anyway?
You can, but why would you approve an update that no system requires?

When I asked "Can I approve the updates anyway?" I was refering updates for
the Workstations, if I could aprove it without aproving the WSUS updates or
no.
I think I understand OK now, for me this topic is over! Thankyou very much!
