I need to forward port 33333 udp and tcp from my server to a computer on the
domain, The server runs SBS 2003 R2 Standard with all patches updates and
servicepacks. I don't seem to be able to work this out or Google/Bing the
right answer.

Help Please.

Regards,
Viv.

This is a file synchronisation program for offsite backups, from another
server.

We want to backup site a to b and b to a for more redundancy.

You'd do this in your perimeter firewall appliance / router, not your
server.

I have done it on the Router, and it seems the server is stopping it, also
tried DMZ to the server but no good.

What's your topology? You aren't using ISA since you use Standard, so your
server would have not be acting as a firewall or filtering traffic in any
way, correct?

What do you mean by "DMZ to the server" ? What kind of router / firewall do
you have? Draw us a diagram (in text)

In addition to a diagram, it would be helpful to know if there are two NICs
on the SBS as well as an ipconfig /all.
