Is there any "HowTo's" for the above?
I wish to setup a new site in Sharepoint which will be available to external
customers. I will setup an account/group for them to use but I only want
this site to be available in RWW to these specified users. They will not be
allowed OWA (although other users are), Terminal services etc. They will
just get the equivalent of companyweb but their site only.
They should be able to access the site via https://server.domain.com/remote
Maybe I'm thinking about this the wrong way - any ideas?
Thanks,
Paul
Thank you for posting to the SBS Newsgroup.
I understand that you want to set up a new web site on IIS and publish it
for external clients to access. You also want to create an additional link
for this web site in RWW. If I have misunderstood your concern, please let
me know.
Technically speaking, we need to customize the SharePoint to achieve this
goal. This inquiry would best be posted to the
<microsoft.public.sharepoint> newsgroup. The reason why we recommend
posting appropriately is you will get the most qualified pool of
respondents, and other customers who read the newsgroups regularly can
either share their knowledge or learn from your interaction with us. Thank
you for your understanding!
Here, I have found following KB articles on how to web publishing/server

To publish a SPS site from ISA you can also refer to the following page:

Hope this information helps. I greatly appreciated your time and
understanding! if you need any assistance regarding SBS Server in the
future, please feel free to post back. We are glad to be working with you
again.
