I am in the process of an SBS 2003 to SBS 2008 Migration.
I am now up to moving the Public Folders, when I right click on the Public
Folder Store and select "Move all Replicas" I then select the SBS 2008 box
but after selecting OK I get the following error.
"The SSL certificate server name is incorrect - ID no: C103b404"
I have looked online for a solution and have tried this
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/324345 fix with no luck.
I am following the Small Business Server Migration Guide v3.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

I ended up removing SSL from Exchange System Manager to allow unsecure
connections between the two Servers.
http://technicalmumblings.wordpress.com/2008/05/06/the-ssl-certificate-server-name-is-incorrect-id-no-c103b404/
Then I disabled SSL on the EXADMIN virtual directory in IIS on the server.

Hope it helps others out.

Hi Matty,
Thanks for your post.
Have you tried restart IIS service and rerun the CEICW wizard after you tried the KB 324345? If not, please first have a try.
However, if the issue still occurs, you may check the following related configuration values in AD properties via ADSIEdit tool.
1. Goto Start - Programs - Support Tools - Tools and launch ADSI Edit.
2. In the left side pane expand the Configuration container.
3. Next expand CN=Configuration
4. Then CN=Services
5. CN=Microsoft Exchange
6. CN=<your organization name here>
7. CN=Administrative Groups
8. CN=First Administrative Group <or it may be your original Exchange 5.5 site name>
9. CN=Servers
10. CN=Protocols
11. CN=HTTP
12. CN=1
13. Right Click on CN=Exadmin and choose Properties.
14. In the Properties dialog box you will see 2 drop-down lists. drop down the top list and select "Both". Drop down the second list and scroll down to the attribute "msExchSecureBindings" and
double click on it.
15. If this attribute is set to 443 or any other value really, click the 443 value to select it and click the "Remove" button. Then click "Apply" and then "OK"
16. Close out of ADSI Edit,
17. Restarted IISadmin service.
Now please close and reopen Exchange System Manager and test Public Folder access again.
Here is a related article I found where many people sharing their solutions, for your reference:
