is DHCP audit logging enabled (from the DHCP MMC, right click server name,
properties checkbox)?
If so, go to :
C:\WINDOWS\System32\Dhcp
And check logs
Else activate it, try to get a lease and check logs

The DHCP server is denying a lease to mac address 001560B73C90 - Also is
denying lease to mac address 00400504F59A, which is a PCMCIA card I also used
to identify if there was a problem with the integrated NIC. DNS Update
Failed; What to do next from here?
DNS update may file if there is a dns ownership issue. You may delete the
dns IN A entry and try again.
