Does your ISP have added your mailserver? Contact them.

Most cases when you claim to be an SMTP domain and sent mail out, the mail
server your mail server is talking too, will see the IP address of your mail
server and it will go back to internet public servers and ask for
verification if you would think so
your mail server will have troubles if the IP address its using won’t have
any MX record and A record matching to it
Basically, mail servers out there do not know who you are and cannot verify
it as well.
Ask your ISP to make sure you at least you have MX and A record mapping to
your mail server public IP address
