Pause or Stop Cluster Service

hello,

is there a document that explains what will happenes when cluster node is
paused, and what will happened to the cluster service on the paused node.

a.. When you pause a node, existing groups and resources stay online, but
additional groups and resources cannot be brought online on the node.
Pausing a node is used for maintenance and testing.

a.. When you stop the Cluster service on a node, you prevent clients from
accessing cluster resources through that node. In this event, all groups
move to another node (if the failover policies allow it).
This set of circumstances may also affect the availability of the cluster.
For example, if the node to which the groups failed over fails, and your
cluster consists of only two nodes, there will be no other node available to
which the groups can then fail over.
