I had recently installed a fourth win2003 DC and later found out that
partition C only created 16GB and not only remain 6GB (running on RAID1)
can i mount some of the partition file into drive C to get more space? it is
recommended?
last resource i have to reformat the server.
any idea how to extend the partition C? does this URL will help?
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/325590
thanks
If the server is only used as Domain controller, 16 GB are really enough
on the system drive with server 2003.

If you do want to enlarge C: to use the entire drive, I'd:
- Move any FSMOs to another DC
- Move DHCP (if it's installed)
- DCPROMO the machine
- Re-install the OS and choose to delete the current partitions and
format the drive as one partition
- DCPROMO the server
- Restore any FSMOs and/or DHCP.....

Thanks for the advice, i manage to increase the Drive C partition, by using
the extpart.exe from Dell, i believe this only work for Dell machine
I need more GB as this DC will also be DNS, DHCP, WINS, backup manager,
antivirus console, WSUS, SQL server, .. so this is multi function machine,
as this server will be resided at other station (to serve about 30 to 50 PC)

Well, i would strongly recommend to NOT install SQL, WSUS, AntiVirus console
and your Backup software on a DC. Special for SQL and WSUS use separate servers.
