Event Log forwarding

Hello, it says that I need to add the machine account on the source
computer to be able to read the logs and collect them on the collector
pc. I am running a domain and the source computer is a servercore. How
do I add the collector machine account to the local server core pc
Administrators so that the forwarding can work ?
