PowerShell shortcut – is it possible?

Guys,
Is there a way to create PowerShell shortcut, not shortcut for PowerShell?
I.e. I want to press Ctrl-D to exit from PowerShell – is it possible?
If I search for “create PowerShell shortcut” I got complete non sense…
