Vista and 2008 aren't listed (yet?).

Anyone used SubInACL extensively in Vista/2008 and has any comments on
whether it works 100%?

I've used SUBINACL on Vista Ultimate without any problems. You need to make
sure you download the most current version from Microsoft. Older versions
are a little buggy.
