I had trouble with my first installation of DVD-MovieAlbumSE 4.2 from
Panasonic. I am unable to see it in Add/Remove Programs yet when I try to
reinstall it an error message comes up saying "unable to install. Program
already exists. Please go to add/remove programs and unistall." I can't find
the program in "Search files" either so how do I get rid of whatever the
program is seeing so I can start a fresh install?

In sign of any uninstall in the Start menu where the program is located?

What about re-running the Setup program on the CD, sometimes there is a
remove or uninstall option.

LAST RESORT:
Backup your registry.
Did you search the registry for parts of DVD-MovieAlbumSE or Panasonic?
Delete those you find.
