Thanks,
dw
When I rip with WMP, it constructs a two tier directory: Artist\Album
When I look at it through my XBox (note! not a 360!) it does not seem to be
able to decode the two tier structure.
If I bring the Album down one level (cut/paste) and delete the (now empty)
artist directory, the XBox is then able to see the album cover art
correctly.
It's very annoying, as there's no way to get WMP to change it's rip behavior
so it does it with only one level.
Hope that's of some use to you.

Could be just a bug... not quite sure.
And definitely don't care enough to figure it out. :-)

1. Open the album folder, go to Tools->Folder Options->View tab->hidden
files and folders options->uncheck "hide protected operating system files."
This reveals extra album art files.
2. Delete all the image files and save your custom album cover as folder.jpg
(200x200) and set it to read only so it wont be deleted.
3. Go to windows media player tools->options->privacy->Uncheck Update music
files and Acquire liceneses tabs to prevent automatic download/changes that
could override your custom art.
