Are you using Direcway satellite for your internet connection? If so there
is a known problem getting the guide listings.

Try changing proxy address to 69.19.14.10 port 3128. It is a temporary fix I
found on the green button news group that worked for me.

Thanks. The proxy and port change doesn't seem to work for me. I'm guessing
that it is because I have the DW6000 professional version which has a fixed
IP address.

The IP address that Diana gave is a proxy server that is run by Direcway. This should be usable for Direcway subscribers, regardless of whether they're using a static or dynamic IP address.

Thanks for the feedback. I rebooted and reset the DW6000 and got the guide
download to work with the alternate proxy and port.
