OE wont get mesiges from yahoo

I am using Windows Vista and I set up a OE acout with my yahoo and when ever
I try to get my email it wont work. It keeps asking for my user name and
pasword overadn over agin and whiin i hit cancle it gives me some stuf
about pop.mail.yahoo.com and Eror number 0x800ccc17 pleas help me.

You can't have OE in Vista. Please post this in the Vista Mail newsgroup.

If a U.S based free Yahoo account Windows Mail(Vista's default email client) nor OE in XP will retrieve or send mail unless one first signs up for Yahoo Premium($20/yr) and then logs on to Yahoo and enables pop3 mail capability.
